Missions guide for creators

Missions are challenges you can complete to earn cash rewards on eSponsor. You'll find goals for Shop, Subscriptions, and special campaigns.

How to join

Go to Missions and open the details of the one you want to do. Check its goal, reward, deadline, and payout period. Available missions and their rewards may vary between accounts.

How to make progress

Reach the goal with real activity while the mission is active. Missions are not retroactive: sales made before the mission was activated don't count toward progress.

Each mission states which operations count. If it asks for Shop sales, subscriptions, or discounted sales, you need to meet that requirement. Progress can't be combined across different missions.

Free actions, products, subscriptions, transactions, and operations don't count. Faking sales or manipulating results to earn a reward is not allowed.

How to get your reward

Once you reach the goal, open the mission details and tap Complete. This step is required for every mission: reaching the goal alone doesn't finish the mission.

Once the mission is completed and validated, you'll receive the reward in your eSponsor wallet within the stated payout period. You'll see it under Wallet > Transactions and we'll also email you. Reaching the goal doesn't mean the payment is immediate.

What happens next

If your mission resets monthly and you don't reach the goal, your progress goes back to zero when the new period starts.

Completing a mission may unlock new challenges. Check when the next one activates: it won't always be available right away. Special campaigns have their own dates and conditions.

If you need help

If a sale isn't counting, check that the payment went through and that it meets the mission's requirement and dates. If the problem continues or the reward is past the stated payout period, contact support with your username, the mission name, and a screenshot.

Missions and Incentives terms and conditions

eSponsor may temporarily offer missions, challenges, campaigns, or other promotional incentives (hereinafter, "Missions") intended to encourage legitimate use of certain platform features and growth in its users' activity.

Each Mission may be subject to specific requirements, deadlines, conditions, limits, and benefits, which will be communicated to the user when it is published or activated.

Free actions, products, subscriptions, transactions, or operations will not be considered toward completing a Mission.

Completing a Mission must reflect real, legitimate activity carried out in good faith on the platform. Any action intended to artificially meet its requirements or improperly obtain the associated benefit is prohibited.

The following, among others, are considered practices contrary to these conditions:

  • Creating products, subscriptions, accounts, transactions, or other activity whose main purpose is to obtain a Mission's benefit rather than to carry out real activity on eSponsor.
  • Carrying out fictitious, simulated, coordinated, or manipulated transactions.
  • Using multiple owned or related accounts to artificially alter a Mission's results.
  • Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, technical failures, or unintended platform behavior.
  • Any other conduct that eSponsor reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or contrary to the purpose of the Mission.

If any of these situations is detected, eSponsor may, at its sole discretion and after reviewing the available information, fully or partially invalidate a Mission's progress, cancel the associated benefit, exclude certain operations from the calculation, and/or remove the corresponding Mission.

eSponsor may also modify, suspend, or end a Mission when there are technical, operational, commercial, security, or fraud-prevention reasons that justify it, without affecting benefits already validly obtained and credited, unless fraud, abuse, or a breach of these conditions is later detected.

Participating in a Mission implies acceptance of these conditions and of the specific rules communicated for each incentive.
