How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription whenever you want, from your eSponsor account.

Cancel your subscription

1. Log in and go to My purchases > Subscriptions (esponsor.com/sponsor/payments/subscriptions).
2. Tap Details on the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm with Yes, I want to cancel.

And... done 😭. We hope it's to subscribe to another plan 😎

What happens next

• Paid plan: you won't be charged again and you keep access until the date we show you when cancelling (in UTC). Your subscription shows as Cancelled and, once that date arrives, as Expired.
• Free plan: you lose access to the exclusive content right away.

You'll get an email confirming the cancellation. You can subscribe again anytime from the creator's profile.

Can't see the cancel button?

• You can only cancel subscriptions that are Active or Payment pending. If it says Cancelled or Expired, you won't be charged again.
• Make sure you're logged in with the same email you paid with.
