All eSponsor features and what each plan includes

eSponsor gives you lots of tools to show your work, sell and connect with your audience. Some are included in every plan, and others unlock when you upgrade. This article walks you through all of them, plan by plan.

The plans at a glance

There are three plans for creators:

• Free Plan: ideal for getting started at no cost.
• Verified Plan: to boost your digital presence.
• Creator Plan: the most complete plan, with more space and the lowest commission.

Foundations and NGOs have their own plans (see below).

Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. If you cancel a paid plan, your account automatically moves to the Free Plan, so you're never left without a plan.

Payments and commission

• The commission is deducted when each payment comes in, not when you withdraw your money.
• On top of the eSponsor commission, the payment method your buyer uses (card, bank transfer, etc.) charges its own fee.
• You can get paid from any country in the world.

Website and Link in Bio

What each one means:

• Link in Bio: bring all your links together on one page and build it with blocks: shop, subscriptions, campaigns, videos and more. See the complete Link in Bio guide.
• Personalized website: create a multi-page website from templates for your niche (fitness, gaming, cosplay, music, foundations and more). Customize colors, fonts and blocks.
• Secure Link in Bio: protects your link so social networks don't block it. Learn more in Secure link in bio.
• Link animations: highlight a link with an animation so it stands out.
• Age filter: asks visitors to confirm their age before they see your page.
• Total followers: shows on your profile the sum of your eSponsor followers and your connected social accounts. On the Free Plan, only eSponsor followers are shown.
• Show up in eSponsor search: people looking for creators inside eSponsor can find your page.
• AI credits: used by eSponsor's two artificial intelligence tools:
  • AI assistant: helps you find your way around your account, summarizes your sales and drafts products, goals and subscription plans.
  • Website builder AI: improves the copy and design of your website. Any important change (publishing, deleting or hiding something) asks for your confirmation.

Tools to earn money

All of these tools are included in every plan, even the Free one:

• Subscriptions: create plans with exclusive content and perks for your members. The same plan can be offered monthly and yearly at the same time.
• Shop: sell digital products, physical products and services.
• Campaigns: create donation goals with a real-time progress bar.
• Tips: your audience supports you with a one-off contribution and a message.
• On-demand content: your audience asks for something custom and suggests a price. They're only charged if you accept.
• Appointments: sell sessions or meetings with a set time by connecting your Google Calendar.
• Wishlist: your audience gifts you things you want.
• Live streaming: stream with chat and choose whether it's public, for signed-in users only, or paid. You can receive tips during the stream.
• Telegram groups and channels: give your subscribers automatic access. Learn more in how to connect the eSponsor bot.
• Discount coupons: for your shop and your subscriptions.
• Extra checkout fields: ask your buyers for extra details, such as phone number or address.

File storage (media)

The photos, videos, audio and files you upload are stored in your media library. That way you upload a file once and reuse it across products, posts or subscription plans without uploading it again.

• Max size per file: the largest a single file can be.
• Total storage: everything you've uploaded, added together.

If you run out of space, you can keep using the files already in your library. To upload new files, delete the ones you don't use or upgrade your plan.

Management and communication

• Audience manager: everyone who buys from you, donates or subscribes is added to your audience, even if they don't follow you.
• Email sends: email your whole audience or a group (for example, only your subscribers). You can also create automations: emails that go out on their own, like a welcome series for people who join your audience.
• Block buyer emails: stops certain email addresses from paying you.
• Streaming alerts: shows the donations, subscriptions and purchases you receive on your stream.
• Voice alerts: tips are read out loud during your stream.
• Affiliate system: other people promote your page with their own link, and you see how much each one sells. You agree on and pay each affiliate's commission yourself.
• Connect with brands: eSponsor can introduce your profile to brands looking for creators to collaborate with.

Monthly allowances (emails and AI credits) renew every month on the date you signed up for your plan, not on the 1st.

Plans for foundations and NGOs

Foundations have three plans: Free NGO, NGO Plus and NGO Pro. They include the same money-making tools as the creator plans, with these differences:

• NGO Plus and NGO Pro also include a custom URL, removing eSponsor branding, Secure Link in Bio, age filter, Instagram feed and the affiliate system.
• Foundation plans don't include Connect with brands.
• Donation certificates are available to foundations in Chile that have their signature registered on eSponsor.

How to change your plan

1. Go to choose a plan.
2. Pick the plan and whether you want to pay monthly or yearly.
3. Confirm the payment.

If you move to a plan that doesn't include a feature, that feature turns off automatically. For example, eSponsor branding shows up again or the age filter is switched off.
