Content manager guide: publish exclusive content

The Content manager is your blog inside eSponsor. It's where you publish photos, videos, audio and text, and choose who can see them: everyone, only the people who support you, or only your subscribers.

Exclusive content is one of the best reasons for your audience to subscribe, donate or buy. Every new post gives your community a reason to come back ✨

How to create a post

1. In your Creator dashboard, go to Content → Content manager.
2. Tap Add post.
3. Choose what you want to publish:
   • Blog: announcements, posts, newsletters and text.
   • Image: posters, exclusive photos, illustrations and more.
   • Video: announcements, shout-outs and exclusive videos.
   • Audio: stories, updates, audio tracks and more.
4. Fill in the post (explained below) and tap Publish now.

What you fill in on a post

• Title: the post's name. The title also makes up its link, so if you change it later, the link changes too.
• Description: the post's text. On a blog it's the full body; as you write, you see the word count and how long it takes to read.
• The file: depending on the type, upload your images, video or audio.
  • A video can be uploaded (Upload Video) or pasted from a link (From URL). If you upload it, we prepare it first: the post stays as a draft and publishes itself once the video is ready.
  • An audio can also be uploaded or pasted from a link.
• Audience: who can see it. We explain this in the next section.
• 18+ content: check it if the post is for adults. Anyone opening it will see a warning first.
• Tags: words to sort your posts by topic, for example "cosplay" or "tutorials".
• Notify your audience: sends an email saying you published something new. It only goes to people who can see the post.

Who can see it: the audience

Every post has an audience. Anyone outside it sees the post locked, with the option to unlock it.

If you choose Subscribers and don't have a tier yet, tap Add to a new plan to create one on the spot.

Anyone who cancels their subscription can still see the tier's content until the end of the period they already paid for.

Publish now, schedule or save as draft

At the end of the form you choose when your post goes out:

• Publish now: it goes out right away.
• Schedule: pick the day and time, and it publishes itself. Use it to keep a steady pace even when you're busy.
• Save as draft: it's saved without being published, so you can finish it later.

In your content list you'll see each post's status: Published, Scheduled or Drafted.

Add content to your subscription tiers

There are two ways to give your subscribers exclusive content:

• From the post: choose the Subscribers audience and check the tiers.
• From the tier: open your tier in Subscriptions and tap Add content to create a new post, or Use existing content to assign posts you already have.

When you assign a post to a tier, its audience becomes Subscribers. Read more in the Subscriptions guide.

Where your audience sees your content

Your posts show up:

• On your Link in Bio, in the Content block. Read more in the complete Link in Bio guide.
• On your website, with the Posts block. If you turn on the Blog module, your site also gets a /content section, with a page for each post. Read more in the complete website guide.
• On your tier pages, with each tier's content.
• On your followers' eSponsor home, where they see what's new from the creators they follow.

Your audience can like and comment on your posts, depending on how you set it up in Settings.

Manage your posts

In the Posts tab you see all your posts. From there you can:

• Edit a post.
• Copy link to share it on your social media.
• Assign to tiers several posts at once.
• Delete the posts you select. This can't be undone.

Settings

In the Settings tab you can:

• Show your content on your profile or hide it.
• Activate your content, so your sponsors and subscribers can see it.
• Show "Likes" on your posts.
• Notify your followers by email when you create new content.
• Choose who can comment on your posts: No one, Anyone or only Sponsors.

Exclusive content ideas

• Early access to what you're working on.
• Photos, videos or audio you don't post anywhere else.
• Behind the scenes and sneak peeks of your creative process.
• Polls so your community can decide what you do next.
• A blog with your recommendations, tutorials or stories.
• Access to private channels like Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp.
