How do I delete my account?

You can delete your eSponsor account whenever you want, from your account settings.

⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. You won't be able to recover it or access your data, purchases, or content again.

Before you start

eSponsor won't let you delete your account if you have:

• Active or payment-pending subscriptions. Cancel them first: How do I cancel a subscription?
• Challenges with a pending payment.
• If you're a creator: active subscribers or a paid eSponsor plan.

If you have any of these, when you try to delete your account you'll see a notice with what you need to resolve.

💡 Before deleting it, download any files you've bought. You won't be able to access them afterwards.

Delete your account

1. Log in to esponsor.com.
2. Tap your name and then My account.
3. Scroll down to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
4. Read the warning and confirm with Delete account.

You'll be logged out and see the message "Your account has been deleted".

Just want to stop getting emails?

You don't need to delete your account. You can choose which alerts you get in Notifications, or unfollow a creator from their profile.
