My purchases guide: everything you've paid for

My purchases holds everything you've paid creators for on eSponsor. That's where you download what you bought, review your subscriptions and manage your saved cards.

You'll find it in the side menu under My purchases. Tapping it opens its sections:

Shop

You see each purchase with the creator, the products and the price paid. Tap Details to see:

• The products you bought. If it's a file, photo, video or audio, tap it to view or download it.
• The shipping information, if you bought something physical.
• Your booking or ticket, if you bought an appointment or a ticket.

If a creator deleted the product, you'll see that it's no longer available.

Subscriptions

You see each subscription with the creator, tier, amount and status: Active, Cancelled, Expired or Payment pending. Tap Go to plan to go back to the tier's page.

Under Details you'll find:

• Your tier's Benefits and the Renewal date.
• Your subscription's Payments history.
• Your Payment method, which you can change with Update payment method.
• Access to its Telegram group, if your tier includes one. See how to join a private Telegram group.

To cancel, tap Cancel subscription and confirm with Yes, I want to cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. More details in how do I cancel a subscription.

If a charge fails, your subscription shows Payment pending. Update your payment method so you don't lose access.

Challenges

You see each request with its status: Received, Under Review, Accepted, In Progress, Pending Payment, Completed, Rejected or Canceled.

Once the creator delivers it, tap View content to see it and Download to save it.

Donations and tips

You see which creator you gave to, how much and when. Tap Details to see the amount, the date and the message you left.

For donations you also see the campaign and, if you picked a reward, its status: pending, processing or completed.

Payment receipt

In the details of a purchase, subscription, donation or tip you can tap Download certificate to save your payment receipt.

Payment methods

Under Payment methods you see the cards you saved when paying, with their last digits and the date you saved them. You can Remove a card.

If a card is being used for an active subscription, it can't be removed. Change that subscription's payment method first.
