My account guide: details, identity and security
My account holds your personal details and your account security. It's also where you verify your identity and, if you need to, delete your account.
You can open it at esponsor.com/account, or by tapping your photo or name in the menu and choosing My account. At the top you see which email you're logged in with.
Payment settings are no longer here. They've moved to Sales → Settings. See the sales settings guide.
Personal information
Here you see your Country and your Currency of preference, which are set when you create your account. Your country determines the currency you get paid in and how you withdraw your money.
If you need to change your country, contact support.
Verify your identity
To withdraw your money, we need to verify who you are. Under Identity, tap My identity information and fill in:
- Your First name and Last name, your Date of Birth and your Country of Birth.
- Your Identity code, that is, your ID document number.
- Your Complete address, your Phone number and your Email.
- A photo of you holding your ID document. Make sure it's clear and the whole document is visible.
- If we ask for it, a Proof of Address.
Tap Save. You'll see the notice Verifying identity information, and we'll email you once it's validated.
If you change your details after they've been validated, your identity goes back under review.

Security
Password
- If you already have a password, use Change Password: enter your current one and the new one twice.
- If you signed in with Google and never created one, use Create password.
Your password must have at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.
Two-factor authentication
Add an extra layer of security: besides your password, we'll ask for a code from an authenticator app, like Google Authenticator.
- Tap Enable two-factor authentication and confirm your password.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the code the app shows you and confirm.
- Download your recovery codes and keep them somewhere safe. They help if you lose your phone or your app.
If you sign in with Google and don't have a password, create one first so you can turn this on.
Delete your account
At the bottom of My account you'll find Delete account. It's permanent: you won't be able to recover your account or your data.
First, you need to sort out a few things, like having no active subscribers and no paid eSponsor plan. See all the steps in how do I delete my account. Withdraw your money before deleting it.
