Creator dashboard guide: get to know every section
The Creator dashboard is your control center on eSponsor. From there you see how your page is doing and how much you're earning, and you manage everything you offer: your shop, your subscriptions, your website and much more.
This guide walks you through every part: first the home screen, then each section of the menu.
How to get there
- Sign in at esponsor.com.
- In the side menu, tap Creator dashboard.
On a phone, open the menu with the menu button at the top of the screen.
The home screen
When you open the Creator dashboard you see a summary of your account, organized in blocks.
Your account
At the top you see your photo, your name, your plan and your page link. Tap the link or your photo to open your page the way visitors see it.
Use the Share button to copy your link or share it straight to your social accounts.
If you ever see a notice that payments have been restricted on your account, email info@esponsor.com to sort it out.
Main metrics
Shows how your page is doing:
- Visits: how many times people came to your page.
- Average visit duration: how long people stay, on average.
- CTR: the percentage of visits that end in a click (clicks divided by views).
- Total clicks: how many times people tapped your links and socials.
Below it you'll see a chart of your daily Page views, compared with the Previous period.
At the top of the block you can choose:
- Period: the last 7 days or the last 28 days.
- Site: All sites together, your Link in Bio or your website on its own. This selector only appears if you have a Link in Bio or a website.
Each number shows whether it went up or down compared with the previous period.
Your wallet and sales summary
- Available for withdrawal: money you can already transfer to your bank account.
- On the way to be available: payments you received that you'll soon be able to withdraw.
In the Sales summary you see, for the same period:
- Total sales: how much you sold.
- Orders: how many purchases you received.
- Sessions: how many visits your page had.
- Conversion rate: the percentage of those visits that ended in a purchase.
Sessions and conversion rate show up when you're looking at All sites.
Media
Shows how much of your media library space (your photos, videos and files) you're using and how much you have left on your plan. If you're running out of space, you can upgrade your plan.
Revenue by module
Splits your revenue by where it comes from:
